No doubt these have been uncertain times, and the baseball season is no different. While the team waits for the final schedule to be published, the Shasta Baseball League Board of Directors continue to work with city officials during Covid-19 to determine when baseball can be back on the field. There is a push to start a late summer league in July 2020, however that may get delayed depending on future restrictions put forth by the State Governor. So until then, we will continue to prepare for a baseball season and hope for the best. As baseball players all over America are at a stand still wondering when they can get back on the field, the Redding Browns also sit and wait.
